▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A porous two-dimensional transition metal carbide material is a MXene-based material containing transition metal, element of group 13 or 14 element, and carbon or nitrogen, and includes a porous structure formed on the surface of the material. USE - Porous two-dimensional transition metal carbide material used for forming electrode of asymmetric lithium ion capacitor and symmetrical electric double-charged supercapacitor (all claimed). Can also be used for lithium-ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The porous two-dimensional transition metal carbide material has excellent economic feasibility, and can be easily separated/purified/removed without using additives and additional chemical processes. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: manufacture of the porous two-dimensional transition metal carbide material, which involves obtaining MXene material through the addition of a reaction solution containing transition metal, element of group 13 or 14 element, and carbon or nitrogen, adding distilled water to the MXene material, dispersing, centrifuging, obtaining a water-dispersed MXene, adding organic solvent to water-dispersed MXene to form mesopores in the meso region on the surface, adding a non-polar solvent, dispersing, and adding a polar solvent to the co-solvent composed of the organic solvent and the non-polar solvent to remove water molecules bound to the interlayer or surface of the water-dispersible MXene, and then removing moisture; a symmetrical electrical double-charged supercapacitor; and asymmetric lithium-ion capacitor.
