▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing iron salt intercalated graphene pleated film using microwave reduction method, involves (a) mixing anhydrous ferric trichloride and graphite using molten salt method to obtain a second-order graphite intercalated compound, (b) oxidizing intercalation of the second-order graphene intercalation compound using oxidizing agent and concentrated acid to obtain a material containing an oxygen-containing group layer and ferric trichloride alternate intercalated graphit, (c) ultrasonically treating the oxygen-containing group layer and ferric trichloride alternate intercalated graphite to an aqueous solution, stripping the oxygen-containing group layer to obtain ferric trichloride intercalated graphene oxide which can be dispersed in water, and performing suction filtration to obtain a membrane, and (d) performing microwave treatment on the wet ferric chloride intercalated graphene oxide film to obtain the pleated film. USE - Method for preparing iron salt intercalated graphene pleated film using microwave reduction method. ADVANTAGE - The method reduces the damage of graphene sheet structure, improves the conductivity of film, removes the oxygen-containing group and water, generates the large amount of wrinkles, increases the mechanical properties, and is simple, low in requirements on equipment and suitable for industrial or laboratory operation.
