NOVELTY - Anti-rust processing liquid comprises 70-90 pts. wt. deionized water, 0.3-2 pts. wt. glycerol, 0.2-3 pts. wt. graphene, 8-24 pts. wt. composite lubricant, 7.9-28 pts. wt. compound anti-rusting agent, and 9-37 pts. wt. alcohol amine. USE - The anti-rust processing liquid is useful for rare earth material neodymium iron boron (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The liquid ensures the processing of coating-free rust-proof lubricating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing anti-rust processing liquid, comprising (i) dispersing the T746 rust inhibitor, dodecanedioic acid, sebacic acid, dimer acid in deionized water, and adding triethanolamine, and performing neutralization reaction at 70-90 degrees C to obtain mixed solution I; (ii) dispersing graphene, NEUF985, and T706 corrosion inhibitor in deionized water to obtain mixture II; and (iii) nixing the mixture I and the mixture II, adding monoethanolamine and diethanolamine, heating to 40-60 degrees C, and adding the remaining material, and reacting at 40-60 degrees C for 1-2 hours.
