NOVELTY - The micro-ring coupling modulation structure comprises a micro-ring waveguide structure (9), a signal modulation structure (1), a phase modulation structure (2), and a modulation coupling structure (3). The micro-ring waveguide structure sets two arc waveguides (10) and two sections of the straight waveguide. The phase modulation structure and the modulation coupling structure are respectively embedded with a graphene layer. The waveguide material is provided with an isolation medium (6). The graphene layer respectively extends away from one side of the micro-ring waveguide structure. USE - Micro-ring coupling modulation structure based on graphene fine-tuning coupling efficiency. ADVANTAGE - The structure finely adjusts coupling efficiency between the micro-ring and the straight waveguide so as to reach a certain specific value. The structure has high precision so as to play the role in the application scene needing precise control coupling efficiency, and the working wavelength of the structure can be tuned. The structure has important application value for a lineation integrated photonic device.
