NOVELTY - Nano-composite graphene coating comprises 30-60 pts. wt. silicone acrylic emulsion, 0.4-0.8 pt. wt. dispersant, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. antifoaming agent, 2-3 pts. wt. anti-settling agent, 5-9 pts. wt. hydroxyethyl cellulose, 7-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. tetrachloroisophthalonitrile, 3-6 pts. wt. coconut shell fiber, 0.6-1.2 pts. wt. sodium alginate and 8-12 pts. wt. pure water. USE - The nano-composite graphene coating is used for producing coated film. ADVANTAGE - The nano-composite graphene coating provides the coated film which is excellent in impact resistance and not easy to damage. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the nano-composite graphene coating involves (i) stirring and mixing the silicone acrylic emulsion, graphene oxide and hydroxyethyl cellulose, adding pure water and fully stirring and mixing to obtain a mixture, (ii) adding the coconut shell fiber and sodium alginate to the mixture, fully stirring and mixing, adding tetrachloroisophthalonitrile and zinc oxide and fully stirring and mixing to obtain a base material, (iii) grinding the base material in a sand mill to ensure the stable fineness of the base material and (iv) adding the dispersant, the anti-foaming agent and the anti-settling agent into the base material after sanding, uniformly mixing, filling and warehousing to obtain the graphene coating.
