NOVELTY - Polyurethane nano flame resistant composite material comprises A component and B component, where the A component comprises 80-90% polyether polyol reaction type flame retardant, 1-10% graphene oxide grafted polyaniline, 2-5% catalyst, 0.1-2% plasticizer, 1-6% nano sized modifier, and 3-10 component B is organic isocyanate. USE - Used as polyurethane nano flame resistant composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method solves the problem that the polyurethane nano composite material coal mine rock property of polyurethane reinforcing material. The material: has high intensity; high flame retardance and antistatic; provides guarantee for safety of polyurethane reinforcing material is mineral. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing polyurethane nano flame resistant composite material comprising (i) preparing component A, weighing the A component raw material at normal temperature and stirring uniformly, (ii) mixing the A, B component is mixed according to A: B is equal to 1:1 volume ratio of the field, mixing uniformly to obtain the polyurethane flame retardant nano composite material.
