NOVELTY - Preparation of shaped hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane comprises mixing organic solvent, polyvinylidene chloride resin, polymer pore forming agent, monolayer graphene oxide solution and additive for 12-36 hours at 50-85?oC at 50-200 revolutions per minute (rpm), vacuumizing for 12-24 hours to obtain casting solution, extruding casting membrane liquid and core liquid through spinneret to obtain prototype of hollow fiber membrane, drawing, winding by wire winding device through coagulation bath, soaking preliminary shaped hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane in chlorine dioxide solution and glycerol solution and drying at constant temperature and humidity. The membrane casting liquid forms uneven discharge through first metering pump. The outer surface of preliminarily formed special-shaped hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane is concave convex. The core liquid forms uniform discharge through second metering pump. USE - The method is used for preparation of shaped hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane for treating coal chemical wastewater (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method can stably control size and shape of outer diameter and inner diameter of membrane, ensures periodic stability of membrane shape and long-term stable use of membrane and has strong repeatability, simple operation, stable performance and strong practicability.
