NOVELTY - An electrically insulating and thermally conductive composition, comprises (parts by weight): resin (5-80); electrically insulating and thermally conductive powder (20-95); and graphene (0.0001-2). USE - As an electrically insulating and thermally conductive composition useful in electronic device (claimed) e.g. computer. ADVANTAGE - A volume resistivity of the electrically insulating and thermally conductive composition is greater than 1012 ohm-centimeters. The graphene has a superior thermal conductive property to increase a thermal conductivity of the electrically insulating and thermally conductive composition without compromising its insulating property. The composition compared with conventional electrically insulating and thermally conductive compositions, requires less electrically insulating and thermally conductive powder to reach the same thermal conductivity, thus the composition has lower viscosity and better formability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for an electronic device (100), comprising: a heat producing element (110); a heat dissipating element (120); and an electrically insulating and thermally conductive layer (130) disposed between the heat producing element and the heat dissipating element, where the layer comprises (parts by weight): resin (5-80), electrically insulating and thermally conductive powder (20-95), and graphene (0.0001-2).
