NOVELTY - The system has a hot compress belt (1), a parameter modulation device (2) and a medicine delivery bag (3). The hot compress belt has a medicine layer, a graphene film layer and binding belt protecting layer arranged from inside to outside. The modulation device has layers of graphene in graphene film far infrared heating film (21), a temperature regulating module (22) and a parameter preset module (23). The temperature regulating module is connected with parameter preset module and with graphene film far infrared heating film by a temperature sensor (25).
