NOVELTY - Manufacturing a laminated structure comprises: bonding a graphene film (12) of at least one layer on a first substrate to a second substrate (14) with an adhesive resin layer (13); removing the first substrate; and forming a transparent layer (15) on the graphene film. USE - The laminated structure is useful as: transparent conductive film in electronic apparatus comprising display or touch panel (all claimed) e.g. LCD; and transparent electrode of a solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The laminated structure: improves film quality and exhibits improved transmittance, improved life span, and good mass productivity; transfers graphene film to a desired substrate; provides reduced haze value, high definition display or touch panel; and prevents the occurrence of defects in the graphene film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the laminated structure comprising: the second substrate; the adhesive resin layer on the second substrate; the graphene film bonded to the resin layer; and the transparent layer on the graphene film.
