▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A tyrosinase electrochemical biosensor comprises a counter electrode, a reference electrode and a working electrode, where the working electrode is surface modified tyrosinase/cyanuric chloride/oxidized graphene glassy carbon electrode, a glassy carbon electrode having a surface modified tyrosinase/cyanuric chloride/3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, and surface modified tyrosinase/cyanuric chloride carbon felt electrode. USE - Tyrosinase electrochemical biosensor for detecting phenolic compound (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The biosensor has good selectivity, high catalytic activity, fast reaction speed, wide detection range, low detection limit, good operation stability and storage stability, and can be prepared in simple, and cost effective manner, and is suitable for on-line testing, easy to apply in the actual industrial and environmental testing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for detecting phenolic compound by using the tyrosinase electrochemical biosensor.
