NOVELTY - Uniform heat radiating flameproof film, comprises a flameproof layer (2), a soaking layer (3) and a heat conducting layer (4). The soaking layer comprises 40-50 pts. wt. nano-silver slurry, 10-20 pts. wt. water, 1-2 pts. wt. graphene and 1-2 pts. wt. aqueous polyurethane resin. The flameproof layer comprises 30-50 pts. wt. main resin A, 100-150 pts. wt. solvent, 5-10 pts. wt. heat conducting filler, 20-30 pts. wt. curing agent A and 5-10 pts. wt. flame retardant. The heat conducting layer comprises 20-30 pts. wt. main resin B, 15 -20 pts. wt. heat-conducting filler, 100-150 pts. wt. solvent and 2-5 pts. wt. curing agent B. USE - The uniform heat radiating flameproof film is useful in mobile phone battery. ADVANTAGE - The heat radiating flameproof film has high heat conducting coefficient and good flame-proof effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the heat radiating flameproof film, comprising: (i) preparing the fireproof layer by mixing and dissolving main resin A and solvent, adding flame retardant and heat-conducting filler, ultrasonically stirring, then adding solvent to adjust the viscosity, adding curing agent, and stirring to obtain the flameproof liquid, uniformly coating on a base material (1) by means of transfer printing, and drying to obtain the flameproof coating; (ii) mixing and dissolving main resin B and solvent, during the stirring process, adding heat conducting filler, then adding curing agent B, uniformly stirring, and filtering to obtain the heat-conducting glue solution; (iii) dissolving aqueous polyurethane resin in water, adding graphene, performing ultrasonic dispersion, then adjusting viscosity using water, adding nano-silver slurry, uniformly stirring at low speed, filtering, uniformly scraping, and coating on the flameproof layer to obtain the material with soaking layer; and (iv) coating the heat-conducting glue solution on the base material, and adhering to the soaking layer of the soaking layer material to obtain the soaking and heat radiating flameproof film.
