NOVELTY - A cell recognition detection comprises ultrasonically dispersing carbon nanotube and graphene composite nanomaterial in solvent, uniformly dropping, and coating suspension on surface of electrode; using phosphate buffer for washing normal cell or tumor cell and diluting coated on surface of nano decorating electrode, and incubating at 37 degrees C for 2 hours; and using sensor and taking tetrathiafulvalene derivative or carbon boron silane derivatives, using electro chemical analysis and surface contact angle detection and distinguishing operation for cells different in types. USE - Method of cell recognition detection used for biochemical reagent based on supramolecular nano self-assembly system (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A cell recognition detection comprises ultrasonically dispersing carbon nanotube and graphene composite nanomaterial in solvent to obtain suspension, uniformly dropping, coating suspension on surface of electrode and drying to obtain nano self-assembly system decorating electrode after volatilizing solvent; using phosphate buffer for washing normal cell or tumor cell and diluting uniformly coated on surface of nano decorating electrode, and incubating at 37 degrees C for 2 hours to obtain cell sensor based on nano interface; and using sensor and taking tetrathiafulvalene derivative or carbon boron silane derivatives and other electricity active biochemical reagent as probe molecule, using electro chemical analysis and surface contact angle detection method for having high sensitive detecting operation and distinguishing operation for cells different in types.
