NOVELTY - Bio-based degradable permeable spunlace cloth polyurethane synthetic leather bottom embryo, comprises base fabric of the bottom embryo including viscose and nylon blended spunlace non-woven fabric; and the preparation steps of the bottom embryo are as follows: directly coating the biodegradable coating slurry on the base fabric, solidifying, so that the polyurethane in the coating slurry solidifies on the surface of the base cloth, washing the base cloth with clean water, and washing the dimethylformamide on the base cloth, preheating, ironing, drying and shaping at 120-160℃ to obtain the bottom embryo, and the coating slurry is 60-70 pts. wt. biodegradable polyurethane resin, 30-40 pts. wt. polyurethane resin, 100 pts. wt. dimethylformamide, 5-10 pts. wt. carboxymethyl cellulose, 5-10 pts. wt. ultrafine graphene, 5-10 pts. wt. Ramie fiber powder, and 2-5 pts. wt. calcium gluconate. USE - The leather bottom blank is used for shoe manufacturing, furniture manufacturing and luggage manufacturing. ADVANTAGE - The bio-degradable penetrating spunlaced polyurethane synthetic leather bottom blank is capable of improving the degradation speed of the synthetic leather, preventing pollution to the surrounding environment, and reducing the effect of health hazard of people.
