▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The preparation of polyvinylidene fluoride vinyl conversion type carbon nanotubes/graphene thermally conductive composite material, involves uniformly mixing graphene and cobalt nitrate hexahydrate in deionized water, and freeze-drying to obtain powder, adding powder to tube furnace, adding styrene as carbon source, and carbonizing at 700-900 degrees C for 2 hours to grow carbon nanotubes on graphene to obtain converted carbon nanotubes/graphene thermally conductive filler, and compounding polyvinylidene fluoride and carbon nanotubes/graphene by hot-pressing method. USE - Preparation method of polyvinylidene fluoride vinyl conversion type carbon nanotubes/graphene thermally conductive composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables utilizing styrene as carbon source to grow nitrogen-doped carbon nanotubes on graphene, thereby constructing double-filler heat conduction path, avoiding influence of excessive nitrogen content on heat conduction, and ensuring extremely high thermal conductivity.
