▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Composite material comprises copper matrix and graphene and carbon nanotubes oriented distributed in copper matrix, the network structure of carbon nanotubes forms basic framework of graphene dispersion complex, and forms a pi - pi bond between the graphene and carbon nanotubes. USE - Used as composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material: can actively increases the bonding interface between the copper matrix and the conductive network, improves the fine structure of the conductive network, and significantly improves the mechanical strength and conductivity while reducing weight. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the composite material, comprising (1) preparing oriented carbon nanotube network by floating catalytic process; (2) dispersing and compounding the graphene in oriented carbon nanotube network to form graphene-carbon nanotube composite network; (3) using an electrochemical process to deposit copper on the graphene-carbon nanotube composite network to obtain a deposited body; and (4) pressing the deposited body into a shape, vacuum hot pressing and sintering, performing heat treatment in inert gas environment.
