NOVELTY - Environmentally-friendly board based on coal gangue comprises PVC resin, modified coal gangue, flame-retardant aerogel, composite stabilizer, lubricant and processing additive, where the modified coal gangue is prepared by (a) drying, grinding, calcining and cooling coal gangue, transferring to sulfuric acid solution, uniformly stirring, cooling, centrifuging, washing, and drying, (b) uniformly mixing titanium sulfate and deionized water, adding acidified coal gangue, performing ultrasonic dispersion, transferring to reaction kettle, reacting at 120-125degrees Celsius for 24 hours, centrifuging, washing, and drying to obtain doped coal gangue, and (c) uniformly mixing doped coal gangue, absolute ethanol and deionized water, adding KH-560 (RTM: 3-Glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane), reacting for 2 hours, adding diethylenetriamine, performing reflux reaction for 10 hours, centrifuging, washing and drying. USE - As environmentally-friendly board. ADVANTAGE - The environmentally-friendly board increases the utilization rate of coal gangue, has excellent impact resistance and formaldehyde removal function, adopts flame-retardant aerogel with excellent heat preservation, sound insulation and flame retardant characteristics, and ensures excellent mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and flame retardant effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Environmentally-friendly board based on coal gangue comprises 50-80 pts. wt. PVC resin, 15-20 pts. wt. modified coal gangue, 2-7 pts. wt. flame-retardant aerogel, 3-4 pts. wt. a composite stabilizer, 1 pt. wt. lubricant and 1 pt. wt. processing additive, where the modified coal gangue is prepared by (a) drying, grinding, calcining and cooling coal gangue, transferring to sulfuric acid solution, uniformly stirring for 1 hour, controlling the temperature to 110degrees Celsius, uniformly stirring for 2 hours, cooling, centrifuging, washing, and drying to obtain acidified coal gangue, (b) uniformly mixing titanium sulfate and deionized water, adding acidified coal gangue, performing ultrasonic dispersion, transferring to reaction kettle, reacting at 120-125degrees Celsius for 24 hours, centrifuging, washing, and drying to obtain doped coal gangue, and (c) uniformly mixing doped coal gangue, absolute ethanol and deionized water, adding KH-560 (RTM: 3-Glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane), reacting for 2 hours, adding diethylenetriamine, performing reflux reaction for 10 hours, centrifuging, washing and drying to obtain modified coal gangue.
