NOVELTY - A solventless graphene-zinc powder paint comprises component (A) comprising 35-50 wt.% epoxy resin, 5-10 wt.% epoxy active diluent, 2-4 wt.% graphene powder, 0.5-1 wt.% defoamer, 2-4 wt.% thixotropic agent, 15-25 wt.% barium sulfate, 8-10 wt.% talc powder and 5-10 wt.% mica powder, and component (B) comprising 40-50 wt.% polyaminoamide resin, 5-10 wt.% mica powder, 0.1-0.5 wt.% dispersant, 30-40 wt.% barium sulfate, 0.1-0.5 wt.% defoamer and 2-4 wt.% coupling agent. USE - Solventless graphene-zinc powder paint for oil storage tank. ADVANTAGE - The paint prolongs the corrosion resistance of the tank, ensures safe, environmentally and convenient construction. The paint does not contaminate the tank even if the inner wall coated with the paint directly contacts the oil gas, ensures excellent conductivity, thermal conductivity, safe transportation and storage of inflammables and explosive chemicals. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the paint, which involves adding epoxy reactive diluent to epoxy resin and stirring at high speed to obtain a homogeneous phase, adding graphene powder, defoamer and thixotropic agent to the mixed slurry, adding talc powder, barium sulfate and mica powder, stirring at high speed, grinding to a fineness of less than 60 microns to obtain component (A), adding dispersant, defoamer and coupling agent to polyaminoamide resin, stirring to obtain a uniform phase, adding barium sulfate, dispersing mica powder and curing agent, grinding to fineness of less than 60 microns to obtain component (B), pouring the component (A) to component (B), and stirring uniformly.
