NOVELTY - A waterproof and anti-aging coating contains nano-silica, nano-titanium dioxide, phenoxy hybrid resin, silicone-acrylic emulsion, multi-walled carbon nanotubes, aluminum nitride, zinc silicate, zeolite powder, graphene, maleic anhydride, hexafluorobutyl methacrylate-acrylate copolymer emulsion, silicone modified fluorocarbon resin, hydroxyethyl cellulose, acrylic acid, 2,4,6-tris(dimethylaminomethyl) phenol, dibutyltin dilaurate, styrene-acrylic emulsion, sodium tripolyphosphate, vapor phase aluminum oxide, aluminum silicate fiber, triisopropylphenyl phosphate and phenolic resin. USE - Waterproof and anti-aging coating for outdoor equipment of electric power grid. ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent waterproof and anti-aging properties and excellent wear-resistant and self-cleaning function. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A waterproof and anti-aging coating comprises 10-20 pts. wt. nano-silica, 5-20 pts. wt. nano-titanium dioxide, 15-30 pts. wt. phenoxy hybrid resin, 10-35 pts. wt. silicone-acrylic emulsion, 10-40 pts. wt. multi-walled carbon nanotubes, 10-40 pts. wt. aluminum nitride, 25-40 pts. wt. zinc silicate, 25-60 pts. wt. zeolite powder, 10-20 pts. wt. graphene, 20-40 pts. wt. maleic anhydride, 25-60 pts. wt. hexafluorobutyl methacrylate-acrylate copolymer emulsion, 25-60 pts. wt. silicone modified fluorocarbon resin, 25-60 pts. wt. hydroxyethyl cellulose, 1-22 pts. wt. acrylic acid, 1-22 pts. wt. 2,4,6-tris(dimethylaminomethyl) phenol, 1-22 pts. wt. dibutyltin dilaurate, 1-22 pts. wt. styrene-acrylic emulsion, 1-22 pts. wt. sodium tripolyphosphate, 1-22 pts. wt. vapor phase aluminum oxide, 1-22 pts. wt. aluminum silicate fiber, 1-22 pts. wt. triisopropylphenyl phosphate, 1-22 pts. wt. ammonium bicarbonate, 1-22 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 1-22 pts. wt. coagulant, 1-22 pts. wt. thinner, 1-22 pts. wt. iron powder and 1-22 pts. wt. silica sol. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of waterproof and anti-aging coating, which involves (i) weighing the components according to the mass proportion, (ii) adding multi-walled carbon nanotubes, graphene, nano-silica, nano-titanium dioxide, zinc silicate, silicone-acrylic emulsion, maleic anhydride, aluminum nitride, zeolite powder, hexafluorobutyl methacrylate-acrylate copolymer emulsion. phenoxy hybrid resin and a silicone-modified fluorocarbon resin, grinding in a mill for 3-10 minutes, then adding hydroxyethyl cellulose, stirring at high speed for 20-40 minutes, (iii) adding acrylic acid, 2,4,6-tris(dimethylaminomethyl) phenol, dibutyltin laurate, styrene-acrylic emulsion, sodium tripolyphosphate, vapor phase alumina, aluminum silicate fiber, triisopropylphenyl phosphate, ammonium bicarbonate, phenolic resin, coagulant, thinner, iron powder and silica sol at 40-60 degrees C and stirring for 40-50 min.
