NOVELTY - Preparing a graphene oxide composite rubber, comprises (a) dispersing graphene oxide in an aqueous solution, ultrasonically dispersing for 30 minutes, and then adding benzene rubber latex and chlorinated polyethylene rubber latex, magnetic stirring for 2 hours, to prepare a mixture, (b) first prepare a sodium chloride solution, and then the mixture obtained in step (a) is dropped into a sodium chloride solution, stirred 0.5-1 hour, let stand for 2-3 hours, vacuum filtration, washing and drying to obtain styrene-butadiene rubber-graphene oxide-chlorinated polyethylene rubber masterbatch, (c) bromobutyl rubber, step (b) the masterbatch, aromatic oil, tackifying resin and other auxiliaries obtained are uniformly mixed in an internal mixer to obtain a rubber compound and (d) the rubber compound obtained in the step (d) is first on the open mill, the thin pass and the triangular package are mixed, and the mixture is uniformly mixed to obtain a graphene oxide composite rubber. USE - The method is useful for preparing a graphene oxide composite rubber for a tire inner liner layer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: achieves uniform dispersion of oxidized graphene filler, which enhances impact resistance, simultaneously fully brominated butyl rubber material with good adhesion transition layer; is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the graphene oxide composite rubber for a tire inner liner prepared by above method.
