NOVELTY - All-solid-state battery comprises a cathode, a solid electrolyte membrane, and a anode. The cathode includes a halide solid electrolyte and/or a blended solid electrolyte. The solid electrolyte membrane includes at least one solid electrolyte layer. The blended solid electrolyte is lithium-metal-gallium trifluoride (I). The solid electrolyte membrane includes a first halide electrolyte layer, a second sulfide electrolyte layer, a third sulfide electrolyte layer, and a fourth sulfide electrolyte layer that are sequentially stacked when the cathode in the all-solid-state battery is a lithium metal cathode; and the cathode includes a halide electrolyte when the anode in the all-solid-state battery is a non-lithium metal anode. USE - Used as all-solid-state battery. ADVANTAGE - The all-solid-state battery: utilizes solid electrolyte membranes composed of solid electrolyte materials of different types and functions, which improves the cycle performance and multiplying power performance of the all-solid battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - All-solid-state battery comprises a cathode, a solid electrolyte membrane, and a anode. The cathode includes a halide solid electrolyte and/or a blended solid electrolyte. The solid electrolyte membrane includes at least one solid electrolyte layer. The blended solid electrolyte is lithium-metal-gallium trifluoride of formula (xLiM-GaF3) (I). The solid electrolyte membrane includes a first halide electrolyte layer, a second sulfide electrolyte layer, a third sulfide electrolyte layer, and a fourth sulfide electrolyte layer that are sequentially stacked when the cathode in the all-solid-state battery is a lithium metal cathode; and the cathode includes a halide electrolyte when the anode in the all-solid-state battery is a non-lithium metal anode. x = 1-4; and M = Cl, Br, O and/or OH.
