NOVELTY - Polypropylene-based composite material comprises 57.2-73 wt.% polypropylene grain resin, 3-5 wt.% compatibilizer, 18-25 wt.% conductive electromagnetic shielding agent, 4-8 wt.% foaming agent master batch, 1-3 wt.% toughening agent, 0.2-0.4 wt.% antioxidant, 0.6-1.0 wt.% lubricant, 0.2-0.4 wt.% light stabilizer. USE - The polypropylene-based material is useful for electromagnetic shielding. ADVANTAGE - The material has good mechanical property, has high electromagnetic shielding ability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing Polypropylene-based material for electromagnetic shielding, comprising (i) mixing each raw material component except carbon fiber and blowing agent master batch in high-speed mixer for 5 minutes; adding into the main feeding port in the twin-screw extruder, adding carbon fiber into the fiber port, and cooling and granulating, melting extruding to prepare a modified polypropylene composite material, where the extrusion temperature is 190-230℃, the rotating speed of screw speed is 250-350 revolutions/minute, the residence time of the whole extrusion process is 1-2 minutes; (ii) mixing the modified polypropylene composite material with the foaming agent masterbatch evenly, and using injection molding method to prepare PP-based composites with high electromagnetic shielding under the condition of secondary mold opening.
