▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene aerogel involves uniformly dispersing graphene oxide into deionized water, preparing graphene oxide solution, adjusting pH value to 8-11, dispersing polymer in deionized water, preparing polymer solution, adding graphene oxide solution into polymer solution, evenly mixing, subjecting to hot-processing in a hydro-thermal reaction kettle, obtaining graphite oxide dilute solution, dissolving the obtained solution, obtaining graphene oxide sol, drying, obtaining solid graphene oxide gel, and reducing. USE - Preparation of graphene aerogel (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene aerogel having excellent graphene conductivity and mechanical performance, without performing chemical reaction. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene aerogel involves uniformly dispersing graphene oxide into deionized water, preparing graphene oxide solution with concentration of 1-5 mg/mL, adjusting pH value to 8-11, dispersing polymer in deionized water, preparing polymer solution with concentration of 10-50 mg/mL, adding graphene oxide solution into polymer solution in ratio of graphene oxide and polymer of 10:1-1:10, evenly mixing, subjecting to hot-processing in a hydro-thermal reaction kettle, obtaining graphite oxide dilute solution, dissolving the obtained solution, obtaining graphene oxide sol, drying, obtaining solid graphene oxide gel, and reducing. The polymer is polytetrafluoroethylene, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinylidene fluoride or sodium carboxymethyl cellulose.
