▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The router has a micro-ring optical router main body provided with two bus optical waveguide units that are fixed with a ring. The ring is connected with an electrode. A part of the micro-ring optical router main body is formed with a graphene layer that is connected with a fluoride waveguide layer, a chalcogenide glass waveguide layer, a lower isolating layer, an insulating layer and a cladding layer. The graphene layer is extended to a lower part of the electrode. The waveguide units are arranged above a silicon dioxide buffer layer that is formed on a silicon on insulator (SOI) structure. USE - Graphene, fluoride and chalcogenide glass waveguide based infrared optical router. ADVANTAGE - The router realizes optical routing function.
