NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide grafted basalt fiber multi-scale reinforcements using dopamine as endo comprises e.g. oxidized graphene ammoniating: adding the graphene oxide into deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing, preparing graphene oxide solution, adding quadrol, 60-120 degrees C water bath stirring for 8-24 hours, centrifuging the precipitate, washing, drying to obtain aminated graphene, dopamine-modified basalt fiber: configuring pH 7.5-10 tris hydrochloride buffer solution, adding dopamine modified basalt fiber basalt fiber, ultrasonic dispersion, adding dopamine hydrochloride. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene oxide grafted basalt fiber multi-scale reinforcements using dopamine as endo. The graphene oxide grafted basalt fiber multi-scale reinforcement is used as reinforcements in composite materials (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: improve the interfacial compatibility with the matrix in the composite material; can effectively alleviate stress concentration; inhibit composite interface damage; and improves the composite properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene oxide grafted basalt fiber multi-scale reinforcements using dopamine as endo comprises (1) oxidized graphene ammoniating: adding the graphene oxide into deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing, preparing graphene oxide solution, adding quadrol, 60-120 degrees C water bath stirring for 8-24 hours, centrifuging the precipitate, washing, drying to obtain aminated graphene, (2) dopamine-modified basalt fiber: configuring pH 7.5-10 tris hydrochloride buffer solution, adding dopamine modified basalt fiber basalt fiber, ultrasonic dispersion, adding dopamine hydrochloride, stirring for 8-48 hours under the room temperature, washing, drying, (3) aminated graphene grafted fiber: configuring pH 7.5-10 tris hydrochloride buffer solution, step 1) adding amino-graphite alkene ultrasonic dispersion, adding obtained in the step 2), stirring for 8-48 hours under room temperature to obtain the oxide graphene graft basalt fiber multi-scale reinforcement.
