NOVELTY - The battery has anode that consists of first electrode layer, nanometer crystal film and dye layer that is set with nanometer crystal film on the surface. The nanometer crystal film is formed of graphene layer (102) that is coated with semiconductor nanowire core (101) that has composite film. The nano wire core is set horizontally in pre-set texture surface of first electrode layer. The graphene formation is deposited by depositing a mask on nano wire core. USE - Graphene solar energy battery of graphene solar energy battery module. ADVANTAGE - The efficiency of conducting electric quantity is increased and activation of electron of dye sensitizer is increased by reducing absorbption of the solar light by graphene.
