NOVELTY - The production process of the graphene textile fibers involves: taking graphene sheet raw materials, carding the graphene sheet raw materials into graphene fiber yarns through a combing machine after scattering, and finishing the graphene fiber yarns into bundles through a twisting roving machine; taking cotton fiber raw materials, carding the cotton fiber raw materials into cotton fiber yarns through a combing machine, and finishing the cotton fiber yarns into bundles through a twisting roving machine; taking a glass fiber cotton raw material, carding the raw material into glass fiber yarns by a combing machine, and finishing the glass fiber yarns into bundles by a twisting roving machine; and taking polyester fiber yarns, mixing the graphene fiber yarn raw bundles, the cotton fiber tows and the glass fiber bundles with the polyester fiber yarns, adding viscose fiber yarns, and blending. USE - Production process of the graphene textile fibers. ADVANTAGE - The nano-scale graphene oxide sheets are scattered and carded into filaments serving as raw materials, and cotton fiber fibers and glass fiber cotton are mixed, so that the prepared graphene textile fibers have a good warm-keeping effect and are lighter. The graphene textile fiber has good flexibility and comfort level, and is more suitable for close-fitting use.
