NOVELTY - The device has a parallel light generator whose upper part is fixed with a light orientation coupling structure. Upper and lower parts of the light orientation coupling structure are provided with a dual slit metal thin film layer, an upper layer silicon dioxide layer, a graphene layer, a lower layer silicon dioxide and a back gate electrode. An adjustable power source is located between the graphene layer and the back gate electrode. An outlet surface of the dual slit metal thin film layer is formed with the graphene thin film silicon dioxide medium layer. USE - Graphene alkene based light orientation device. ADVANTAGE - The device has wide operating band and high response speed. The device consumes less power, and is utilized for controlling and regulating direction of an optical signal.
