▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A fluorescent tube inner coating comprises 5-15 wt.% modified graphene, 75-85 wt.% silicon dioxide, 0.5-2.5 wt.% zirconium dioxide, 3-10wt.% aluminum oxide, 0.05-0.15 wt.% erbium, 0.05-0.15 wt.% yttrium and 0.05-0.15 wt.% gadolinium. USE - Fluorescent tube inner coating. ADVANTAGE - The fluorescent tube inner coating has excellent ultraviolet shielding performance, high visible light transmittance, better radiating performance and wide market application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a fluorescent tube inner coating, which involves weighing raw material, adding modified graphene, silicon dioxide, zirconium dioxide, aluminum oxide, erbium, yttrium and gadolinium to a ball mill for ball milling to obtain a mixed powder, adding the mixed powder to an aqueous solution containing a surfactant, and after ultrasonic dispersing to obtain a mixed suspension, the surfactant is cocamidopropyl betaine and polyacrylamide, applying the mixed suspension to the inner wall of the bulb of the bulb by dip coating, and drying and curing at 150-200 degrees C for 1-3 hours to obtain the finished product having a thickness of 30-50 mu m.
