NOVELTY - A thermal insulation foam rubber material comprises 5-20 pts. wt. ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber, 10-15 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 2-10 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 1-5 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 1-3 pts. wt. heat-resistant modifier, 15-19 pts. wt. flame retardant, 20-25 pts. wt. lubricant, 10-15 pts. wt. 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate, 8-10 pts. wt. stabilizer, 5-10 pts. wt. reinforcing material, 10-15 pts. wt. carbon black, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene, 8-9 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1-5 pts. wt. emulsifier and 0.5-3 pts. wt. polyacrylamide. USE - Thermal insulation foam rubber material for air-conditioner wind pipe. ADVANTAGE - The thermal insulation foam rubber material provides air-conditioner wind pipe with excellent thermal insulation property, water resistance and high mechanical impact resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the thermal insulation foam rubber material, which involves adding EPDM rubber, nitrile rubber, carbon black, graphene and reinforcing materials to the high-speed mixer, stirring at 210 rpm for 1 hour, adding polyvinyl alcohol, 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate, antioxidant and polyacrylamide, stirring for 1 hour to obtain dispersion material (A), adding zinc oxide, flame retardant, lubricant and stabilizer to the dispersion material (A), stirring, adding heat-resistant modifier and emulsifier, stirring to obtain dispersion material (B), injecting the dispersion material (B) into dispersion container, stirring at 2000 rpm for 30 minutes to obtain dispersion material (C), feeding the dispersion material (C) into twin-screw extruder, extruding into foam rubber material, inspecting and packaging.
