NOVELTY - Preparing anti-corrosion paint involves heating solvent until the temperature of the raw material mixing area of the stirring device shows 60-70degreesC. The body filler is added, mixed and stirred with the solvent at the temperature of the water bath. The stirring speed is 3000 rotations/minutes (r/min) until the physical filler is completely integrated into the solvent to form the first intermediate. The first intermediate is mixed with functional to form the second intermediate. The coating additives are mixed with the second intermediate to form a suspension to obtain the third intermediate which is further mixed with the film-forming substance to obtain an emulsion to obtain a finished coating. USE - Method for preparing anti-corrosion paint with good structural stability and dispersibility. ADVANTAGE - The production process, raw materials and raw material ratios are optimized to obtain anti-corrosion coating with good structural stability and good dispersibility, and also with good coating performance.
