▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing substrate-containing graphene-based electrode fibers involves dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water to prepare a graphene aqueous solution with a concentration of 2-20 mg/mL, and then adding other additives, mixing uniformly, and obtaining the graphene oxide or graphene oxide composite solution. The inorganic or organic strong base, or inorganic salt is dissolved in deionized water or a mixture of deionized water and ethanol to prepare a solution with a concentration of 0.1-3 mol/mL. The volume ratio of ethanol to deionized water is 0-10, and the coagulation liquid is obtained after mixing uniformly. The coagulation liquid is taken, added deionized water to dilute 0-10 times, then added reducing agent, so that the concentration of reducing agent is 0-1 mol/mL, and after the mixture is uniform, the reducing liquid is obtained. A fibrous substrate is alternately dipped in the graphene oxide or graphene oxide composite solution and the coagulation liquid. USE - Method for preparing substrate-containing graphene-based electrode fibers. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare substrate-containing graphene-based electrode fibers, that has excellent conductivity, flexibility, tensile strength and charge storage capacity, and substrate-containing graphene-based electrode fiber has broad application prospects in the field of wearable electronics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing reparing substrate-containing graphene-based electrode fibers involves dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water to prepare a graphene aqueous solution with a concentration of 2-20 mg/mL, and then adding other additives, mixing uniformly, and obtaining the graphene oxide or graphene oxide composite solution. The graphene oxide or graphene oxide composite can be coated on the substrate to form a fiber with a core-shell structure. The fiber obtained in step D is placed in a container holding the reducing solution, and the container lid is closed to reduce at 70-95 degrees C for 1-8 hours, and can also be placed directly in an oven at 120-200 degrees C for 1-8 hours. The reduction reaction is completed, the fibers are washed repeatedly with deionized water more than 10 times, and then taken out to dry.
