▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A composition with jute fiber comprises 60-80 wt.%, preferably 70 wt.% polyester, 11.7-14.3 wt.%, preferably 13 wt.% catalyst reinforced with fiber, a nanometric layer of 0.4-0.6 wt.%, preferably 0.5 wt.% graphene oxide and 20-40 vol.%, preferably 30 vol.% fiber functionalized with graphene oxide based on 100 wt.% of the polyester. USE - Composition used for multilayer ballistic shields for protecting against firing of rifle with ammunition of high impact power (claimed) to improve defense and security in civil and military. ADVANTAGE - The composition improves dissipation of the impact energy of the projectile while maintaining its integrity, provides composite having excellent mechanical and specific properties, low cost, lightweight and easy to process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the composition, which involves (a) applying silicone grease release agent to an inner surface of mold, (b) preparing the jute fibers for functionalization with graphene oxide, (c) functionalizing the jute fibers, (d) preparing the amount of jute fibers for 20-40 vol.% of a composite, (e) pouring the polyester resin into a metal matrix until it completely wet the bottom.
