A LED backlight is arranged directly below the INCELL/ONCELL TFT LCD. The end of the INCELL/ONCELL TFT LCD is electrically connected to a flexible printed circuit board (7) through a transparent conductive sheet (5). The end of the LED backlight is provided with a lead end, and the LED backlight is also electrically connected to the FPC circuit board through the lead end. The FPC circuit board is arranged on one side of the LED backlight, and a graphene heat dissipation film is arranged between the LED backlight and the INCELL/ONCELL TFT LCD.
