NOVELTY - A highly oriented graphene oxide nylon 6 filament is prepared by loading graphene oxide-copolymerized nylon 6 slice into screw extruder under 105 MPa, metering at 275-285 degrees C under 140-200 MPa, spraying tows according to spinneret plate length-to-diameter ratio of 4-5, air cooling at 25 degrees C at speed of 0.4-0.6 m/s, spinning at drafting ratio of 1.2-1.4 at speed of 5200 m/minute at tension of 5-30 cN, and molding. USE - Method for preparing highly oriented graphene oxide nylon 6 filament. ADVANTAGE - The product is low-cost, has good physical property index, and has antibacterial and far-infrared heating functions.
