NOVELTY - Preparing high conductive graphene powder comprises e.g. (i) taking raw material grade graphite, dispersing in a mixed solution containing intercalating agent and oxidizing agent, stirring uniformly, (ii) placing in a pressure container, stirring, and introducing inert gas, (iii) extracting upper layer intercalation agent by purification operation, and mechanically stripping the single layer of graphene oxide solution from lower layer product, (iv) using single-layer graphene oxide solution through powder drying, drying treatment, re-dissolving single layer of graphene powder in a solvent. USE - The method is useful for preparing high conductive graphene powder (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple operation, low cost and is easy to commercially produce. The graphene has few defects, good conductivity and high yield. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing high conductive graphene powder comprises (i) taking raw material grade graphite, dispersing in a mixed solution containing intercalating agent and oxidizing agent, stirring uniformly, (ii) placing in a pressure container, stirring for a specific period of time, and introducing an inert gas and keeping on stirring, (iii) extracting the upper layer intercalation agent by purification operation, and mechanically stripping the single layer of graphene oxide solution from the lower layer product, (iv) using single-layer graphene oxide solution through the powder drying process drying treatment, re-dissolving the single layer of graphene powder in a solvent to form a low concentration of a single layer of graphene oxide solution, (v) adding reducing agent, stirring at 0-50 degrees C for a specific period of time to obtain single graphene solution, and (vi) using single layer graphene solution back through powder drying process drying treatment and heat treatment to obtain the high conductive graphene powder.
