NOVELTY - Method for producing modified nylon filaments involves (i) taking graphene powder, PA6 chips and additives as raw materials, sending the mixture to a crushing mill through a vacuum feeding machine to obtain a premix, melt blending and extruding the premix and granulating the premix using a double-screw extruder and uniformly dispersing the graphene to obtain modified nylon master batch and (ii) sequentially spinning, oil winding, balancing and stretching the modified nylon master batch, where spinning at 260-265 degrees C, oil winding at 400-450 rpm and balancing and stretching at 600-650 rpm. USE - The method is useful for producing modified nylon filaments. ADVANTAGE - The method has excellent anti-UV, far-infrared and antibacterial properties.
