▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Conductive antibacterial hydrogel comprises bovine serum albumin modified graphene oxide, zwitterionic monomer, second monomer, crosslinking agent and initiator which are mixed uniformly, and produced by polymerization reaction. USE - The conductive antibacterial hydrogel is useful in a biosensor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The hydrogel: has high compressive strength and good fatigue resistance and shape restorability. The method is simple and environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing conductive antibacterial hydrogel comprising (1) dispersing the graphene oxide in the bovine serum albumin aqueous solution, placing under ultrasound, centrifuging supernatant to obtain a solid product, which is bovine serum albumin modified graphene oxide, (2) adding bovine serum albumin modified graphene oxide, zwitterionic monomer, second monomer, crosslinking agent and initiator to the solvent, and mixing uniformly to obtain a mixed solution, (3) subjecting mixed solution to deoxygenation treatment to remove bubbles in the mixed solution to obtain a pre-liquid, and (4) sealing pre-liquid in light-transmitting mold, performing polymerization reaction through ultraviolet light irradiation to obtain a conductive antibacterial hydrogel.
