▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The substrate has glass-ceramic body, and multiple metallic islands disposed on a surface of the glass-ceramic body. The glass-ceramic body comprises a lithium aluminosilicate glass-ceramic. The metallic islands is made up of an elemental metal selected from the group consisting of nickel, cobalt, copper, platinum, gold, rhodium, ruthenium, iridium and iron. USE - in a substrate for graphene growth. ADVANTAGE - The glass-ceramic composition, metallic island composition, substrate morphology including surface roughness, transition metal reduction, and graphene growth conditions can be optimized to form a graphene-coated substrate suitable for different applications. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for forming graphene.
