NOVELTY - Modified titanium dioxide composite material comprises graphene material, carbon black and titanium dioxide, carbon black and the graphene material is chemically bonded, the graphene material is conductive graphene material, graphene, biomass graphene and/or graphene oxide. USE - The modified titanium dioxide composite material useful for photocatalysis, preventing bacteria, bacteriostasis, self-cleaning or conductive material field (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the modified titanium dioxide composite material, comprising dispersing the titanium dioxide, the carbon black and the graphene material in a solvent to obtain dispersion, subjecting the dispersion to thermal reaction at 120-180 degrees C for 2-8 hours, removing solvent and drying to obtain composite material.
