USE - The modified titanium dioxide composite material useful for photocatalysis, preventing bacteria, bacteriostasis, self-cleaning or conductive material field (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the modified titanium dioxide composite material, comprising dispersing the titanium dioxide, the carbon black and the graphene material in a solvent to obtain dispersion, subjecting the dispersion to thermal reaction at 120-180 degrees C for 2-8 hours, removing solvent and drying to obtain composite material.
