NOVELTY - Graphene towel quilt comprises 35-45 pts. wt. graphene superfine polyester fiber, 10-20 pts. wt. ordinary fiber, 5-10 pts. wt. chitin fiber, 5-15 pts. wt. superfine hollow polyester fiber, 2-2.5 pts. wt. silica gel, and 1-1.5 pts. wt. copper-based antibacterial fiber, where the graphene ultra-fine polyester fiber is prepared from biomass graphene and polyester using a prefabricated masterbatch process, and the biomass graphene is corncob graphene, where the silica gel has a pore volume of 1.0-1.3 cm3/g, an average pore diameter of 10-15 nm, a specific surface area of 250-290 m2/g, and a water content of less than 5%. USE - Used as graphene towel quilt. ADVANTAGE - The method can improve the antibacterial performance of the product through proportioning and process design. The graphene towel quilt also designed special equipment for implementing the process, which can improve production efficiency while ensuring product quality.
