▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of LTL molecular sieve membrane comprises mixing aluminum source, alkali source, silicon source and deionized water and hydrothermally crystallizing; mixing the LTL molecular sieve crystal particles with hydrochloric acid solution, reacting for 0.5-2 hours, washing to neutral, ultrasonically dispersing into a sec-butanol solution, and stirring; modifying graphene oxide on the surface of the carrier by suction filtration and drying; assembling modified LTL molecular sieve suspension on the surface of the graphene oxide modified carrier and drying; and mixing the aluminum source, alkali source, silicon source and deionized water to prepare a secondary synthetic liquid, applying secondary synthetic liquid on the surface of the LTL molecular sieve crystal grain layer by spin coating, space-limited steam reforming, adding deionized water, sealing, and heating. USE - The method is used for preparing LTL molecular sieve membrane. ADVANTAGE - The method reduces the amount of secondary synthesis liquid, does not waste production raw materials, can quickly and efficiently prepare c-axis-oriented dense LTL molecular sieve membranes, and is green and environment friendly.
