NOVELTY - Aluminum-based amorphous cathode active material comprises aluminum element and modified metal element including comprises rare earth element and/or transition metal element. USE - Used as aluminum-based amorphous cathode active material comprising e.g. aluminum element. ADVANTAGE - The material has small volume change, isotropic volume change characteristic; suppress stress concentration; ensures that the loose microstructure alleviate the volume expansion; significantly improves the structural stability; has good electrical conductivity; improves the charge transfer efficiency and improves the rate performance.
