▎ 摘　　要

NOVELTY - Preparing antibacterial hydrogel, comprises (a) adding collagen, acetic acid, Artemisia argyiessential oil solution, graphene oxide solution and quaternized chitosan solution into the test tube to obtain Col-GEO-GO-QCS solution; (b) mixing the solution in the test tube evenly under the assistance of ultrasound, placing into a hollow cylinder mold, refrigerating in -20℃, and freeze-drying; (c) placing the freeze-dried material in 95% ethanol, adding a cross-linking agent, and cross-linking at room temperature; and (d) washing the cross-linked material with water, refrigerating in -20℃, and freeze-drying. USE - The antibacterial hydrogel is useful in preparation of wound dressing (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation condition is simple and mild, and the prepared antibacterial hydrogel has loose pores, good antibacterial property and mechanical property.
