NOVELTY - A composite-carrier-based nanoelectrocatalyst consists of transition metal compound and metal-organic framework-graphene composite carrier in mass ratio of 1:5-1:100. USE - Composite-carrier-based nanoelectrocatalyst is used for cathode of lithium-air battery. ADVANTAGE - The composite-carrier-based nanoelectrocatalyst having excellent catalytic activity and stability is economically prepared, by simple method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of composite-carrier-based nanoelectrocatalyst, which involves mixing 1-50 pts. wt. cobalt salt or manganese salt and 50-500 pts. wt. reaction medium and dissolving, adding 1-100 pts. wt. nitrogen-containing ligand to obtain transition metal complex, adding 10-30 pts. wt. metal-organic framework-graphene composite carrier and continuously stirring, evaporating-removing reaction medium, supplying inert gas. The nitrogen-containing ligand is phenanthroline, melamine, polypyrrole, 4,4'-bipyridine, pyrazine or pyridine.
