NOVELTY - A graphene pattern has graphene with 1-300 layers, which is polycyclic aromatic molecule formed by covalent bond of carbon atoms with one other, formed in a pattern layout on at least one side of a base plate. USE - Graphene pattern is used for electromagnetic element. ADVANTAGE - The graphene pattern has excellent electrical characteristics and high accuracy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for formation of graphene pattern, which involves forming base plate, forming graphite catalyst on at least one side, contacting carbon-based material on base plate with pattern, and forming graphene on pattern of graphite catalyst by thermal processing in inert atmosphere or reducing atmosphere.
