NOVELTY - Terahertz material comprises 10-20 pts. wt. organic material, 10-20 pts. wt. crystalline material, 5-10 pts. wt. antioxidant, 10-16 pts. wt. stabilizer, 5-10 pts. wt. zirconium oxide , 5-8 pts. wt. high-resistivity silicon, 5-8 pts. wt. magnetic graphene, 4-7 pts. wt. wear-resisting agent, 8-14 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 10-15 pts. wt. aluminum oxide and 7-14 pts. wt. ferric oxide. USE - Used as terahertz material. ADVANTAGE - The terahertz material: has simple preparation method and excellent stability; utilizes antioxidant, wear-resisting agent and stabilizer, which improves oxidation resistance of the terahertz material; and utilizes high-resistivity silicon and magnetic graphene, which improves laser absorption rate of terahertz material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the terahertz material, comprising (i) adding the above raw materials into a mixer, and stirring, where the speed of the stirring blade is 300 revolutions/minute, and the stirring time is 2-3 hours, (ii) adding the stirred raw materials into a grinding tool, then adding the obtained raw material into a mold, placing the mold in a high-temperature furnace, heating to 850-1000 degrees C at a heating rate of 2-4 degrees C/second, and maintaining the temperature for 7-10 hours, (iii) cooling the heated raw material naturally, and adding the raw material into a pulverizer for pulverization, where the speed of the pulverizing blade is 350 revolutions/minute, and the pulverization time is 30-50 minutes, and (iv) passing the pulverized raw material through a 600-800 mesh screen to obtain fine particles.
