▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Modified graphene comprises graphene oxide, anhydrous ethanol, deionized water, ammonium metatungstate and tungsten carbonyl mixed into tungsten-containing precursor mixture. USE - The modified graphene is useful for self-lubricating wearable protective member in aerospace field with relatively harsh friction conditions. ADVANTAGE - The modified graphene preserves the content of the graphene inside the coating and plays a greater role in the self-lubricating property of the graphene used in the self-lubricating wear-resistant coating to reduce the friction coefficient of the thermal spraying tungsten carbide coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing modified graphene comprising adding the dry powder into alumina crucible, placing in the tube reduction furnace, passing hydrogen gas, where hydrogen gas flow rate is 100 sccm, heating at 700-900 degrees C, at heating rate of 5-70 degrees C/minute, insulating for 1-3 hours, and cooling hydrogen gas to room temperature.
