NOVELTY - A high-voltage insulating cable comprises conductor wire core(s) around which an insulating layer, a shielding layer, and a sheath layer are wound sequentially. The insulating layer comprises 12-25 pts. wt. basalt fiber, 0.001-0.003 pt. wt. graphene, 15-25 pts. wt. polyoxyethyl benzoate, 50-60 pts. wt. polycarbonate, 8-12 pts. wt. modifier, and 1-5 pts. wt. stabilizer. The modifier comprises hydrogen peroxide and an organic acid in a mass ratio of 2-4:1-3. USE - High-voltage insulating cable. ADVANTAGE - The high-voltage insulating cable has excellent aging resistance and breakdown resistance, and improved breakdown voltage.
