NOVELTY - A rubber composite material comprises 100 pts. wt. rubber matrix, 0.1-5 pts. wt. conductive filler and 1.5-5 pts. wt. curing component. The rubber is styrene-butadiene rubber, nitrile rubber, hydrogenated nitrile rubber or carboxyl nitrile rubber. The conductive filler is graphene oxide coated with silver. The curing component is sulfur-based curing component or organic peroxide-based curing component, and is used for crosslinking the rubber matrix. USE - Rubber composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The rubber composite material has excellent conductivity at low loading level, and low conducting percolation value. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of rubber composite material, which involves dissolving 0.1-0.3 %mass graphene oxide powder coated with silver in water, mixing uniformly with emulsion of rubber, dissolving and dispersing vulcanizing system, mixing the obtained emulsion, evaporating the emulsion at 0-55 degrees C using vacuum rotary evaporator to evaporate water, such that film is formed, dehydrating the film at 40-55 degrees C, preforming the obtained composite film, curing preformed composite film at 145-180 degrees C for 20-40 minutes, and hot pressing at 160-200 degrees C for 1-3 hours under pressure of 1-10 MPa.
